How long will each course take
- As a general guideline all Cyber Training University courses are between one to fifteen sessions in total, while each session is approximately one to two hours in length.
How are the prices determined
- At Cyber Training University, we offer high quality courses – instructed by experts in their field. Most of the same online courses available over the internet are $2,000 to $10,000. We feel this is unreasonable and unnecessary. High quality education and the facilitation of networking are our goals
What do I get for enrolling and successfully completing a Cyber Training University course
- You receive a high quality course in the comforts of your own home or office.
- Your instructor will be available to guide you and answer questions after the course is completed
- Upon completion of the course you will receive a "Certificate" from Cyber Training University
What are the technical requirements of my computer for taking a Cyber Training University course
- You need a minimum screen resolution of 800x600
- You need Adobe Acrobat Reader
- You will need high speed (broadband) internet access

What happens if I miss a class
- You need to make sure that you request the presentation notes from your instructor
- There are no refunds for missed classes

- Our waiting list policy is first come first served. If we have a student withdraw from a course, the people on the waiting list will be notified 48 hours in advance of the start time.
Rescheduling Policy
- From time to time, we will experience technical difficulties, or illness of the instructor. In either case, if for what ever reason we can not deliver a scheduled class to the students, it will be rescheduled for the next time slot available
Who can apply
- You can apply for Cyber Training University's courses if you are 18 years of age or older, or HAVE WRITTEN CONSENT from a parent or legal guardian to benefit from a selected program of study. You do not need a high school diploma to take programs or courses at Cyber Training University's. However, you must have the required prerequisites for the courses selected.
When to apply
- Most courses have a limited number of spaces available. Admission to a program is determined by the rule of first-come, first-served, so don’t delay in registering. Selection to the course you have applied for is based on a first-qualified, first-accepted basis upon meeting all entrance requirements for that course. Please complete the requirements as soon as possible. Once accepted, students will be registered and a seat confirmed using a rule of first paid, first registered. For some personal interest programs, there are no entrance requirements.

When will I receive an invitation to my course
- You will receive your first invitation between 24 to 48 hours before the start time of your class
- It will have a subject line of "Course Invitation"
How are the course materials supplied
- Most of the material will be delivered electronically by either email, or downloaded at the start of the class.
What software do I need to open the course materials
- You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader, or some other program that can open PDF files
Withdraw & Refund Policy
- To cancel your registration and be eligible for a refund, The Registrar must receive written notice. Cancellations may be submitted by email, or fax (403-668-0239). In all cases, a minimum administrative fee plus any applicable service costs will be retained from the course fee. Refunds for students who paid by cheque, money order, are issued directly to the student in the form of a cheque. Refunds for students who paid by credit card will be refunded by credit card.
- Written notice of cancellation or transfer must be received three (3) full working days before the class begins.
- A full refund is given only if a class is cancelled by Cyber Training University.
- If you wish to withdraw from a course or to transfer to another course, provided there is room available, please contact Registration at registration @ cybertraininguniversity.com prior to class start. Withdrawal or transfer must be requested 3 working days prior to class start.
- No refunds will be granted within 3 working days prior to class start or after course has begun.
- Non-attendance does not constitute notice of withdrawal.
- Other restrictions and deadlines may apply.

- Cyber Training University does not provide any technical support for students computer related problems
- Cyber Training University uses third party software, and does not warranty, check for compatibility issues, or any other unanticipated computer problems the student may have
Login instructions for classes
- Please complete the following at least 30 minutes before the class starts;
- All of the classes are private, and only registered participants will be allowed to join the session
- Check your email for an invitation to the class (Some spam filters may block this invitation)
- Disable any pop-up blockers, and grant the software access through any firewalls
- Join the meeting on time. You will not be allowed to join the class after 30 minutes
